Starting July 2011, I will be selling 125px x 125px ad spaces in the right sidebar next to the content area and donate all ad revenue from Everyday Alice to One Day’s Wages, a non-profit charity dedicated to fighting global poverty. The mission of this organization is very dear to me and this is a tangible way for me to raise awareness and support for a wonderful cause.
By becoming a sponsor of Everyday Alice, you will feel great knowing you’re also supporting an awesome organization doing good in the world.
All ad spaces will stack on top of each other and will be sold based on above or below the fold placement. Rates are as followed and are subject to change in the future:
I am offering three above the fold (premium) placements. Each spot is $75/month. Placement within the top three spots will be offered on a first come first serve basis. If there is space for a sponsor to have a 125px x 250 px banner above the fold, the rate is $130/month.
Ad spaces below the fold are being offered at $50/month. If there is space for a sponsor to have a 125px x 250px banner below the fold, the rate is $75/month.
Ad rates are based on 13,000-15,000/page views monthly.

I agree though, we need to see the bigger picture; the one that focuses on humanity and global awareness of the many causes you listed above. I’m relieved that Bin Laden is dead but then I fear martyrdom by such followers. Hatred begets hatred and there is always evil. It’s how we choose to live our lives and do unto others that ultimately breaks us free from such tyranny.
